Following on from Tracking Bodies of Water, I’ve begun to explore a new series, dealing with anxiety and the frustration created by constant external need.
The Export of Anxiety is conducted either in my yard, utilising a variety of different objects, accompanied by a black and red sheet. Within this wrapping material is a space resistant to the external. A space that is additive in nature, while facilitating creative growth and expression.
The figure in these works are genderless often being made up of multiple participants within one work.
